 Explain About Your Personality I believe in the concept of the lifelong learner. Confucius stated that a day without learning is a day wasted. I impart that passion for my instruction to teach of my students. I follow the concept of hands on approach to all activities, teaching the entire student, not just the immediate result of a test. I have, over time, developed a rich, verbose speaking style that emphasizes the total instruction of language and culture while attempting to enable my students to discover a passion for knowledge in subjects and areas they didn’t possess before entering my class. I utilize all avenues of transferring information to my students, emphasizing the everyday use and relevance to topics people would normally find mundane and tedious. I am strong supporter of collaboration and team teaching and find the most engaging students are the ones that present the biggest challenges in class.
